The Richard Price Studio is run by Scottish artist/potter Richard Price who qualified in Art and Design in 1987, with a PG Dip Art in 1988. He currently produces a range of paintings, sculptures and ceramics in usually, “One-off”, varying styles. The garden Studio and small Gallery are based in the Scottish Village of Thankerton and are currently open to the public five days a week and visitable by appointment for a unique gift or commission. Richard also works in collaboration with other artists at this venue and has community demonstration events such as Raku Style Firings and Wheel-thrown Pottery. Up and coming events are advertised on the RPS Facebook page and in the “What’s On” section of this site. The studio sells online, from the gallery and also accepts commissions in both paintings and ceramics.
